50% of the world’s population lives in cities now, and is responsible for 75% of carbon emissions. By 2050, the UN estimates that 70% of the world's growing population will live in cities.

In Asia, the urban population will double between 2000 and 2030.With this extreme urban population growth, cities will faces unprecedented challenges.

PTA has always addressed these future challenges and incorporated them into its design, in order to support each city’s unique path towards resilience.

We believe that every city is distinctive and therefore demands its own set of solution. We are anticipating these concerns by bringing about new sustainable design solutions that value energy efficient building technology up to the level of sustainable city planning.
