Requirements and Qualification:

·        Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or Design related discipline.

·        Minimum 8 years relevant experience in, retail mall design commercial and/or hospitality.

·        Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadline.

·        Ability to create a concept from a brief.

·        Experience working on Concept, Schematic and/or Detailed stage in Interior Design projects.

·        Oversee and manage the development of design projects as project leader of the design team.

·        Work closely with Design Director, and Design Team to ensure project development, deliveries, quality, and productivity for projects.

·        Foster close partnerships with clients and partners.

·        Actively participate in project meetings and clients presentations.

·        Quality control, review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables.

·        Excellent articulation, communication and presentation abilities.

·        Experience in communication and team management;

·        Capable of coordinating with other design consultants;

·        Self-motivated and proactive;

·        Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and InDesign is a plus;

Strong verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English
