Requirements and Qualification:

·        With Bachelor degree or above in interior architecture, architecture or related field, working experience of 1-5 years

·        Previous hotel, business and office building experience are preferred.

·        With the capability of plan design, or the ability of implementing the deepening design.

·        Excellent knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application Color and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness

·        Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail and proportion

·        Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color and materials to carryout design intent.

·        With good communication and problem solving skills

·        With high sense of responsibility, good ability and enthusiasm of team work.

·        With active learning ability with clear purpose.

·        Proficient in AutoCAD, PS, office, Project ,ID and other working software.

Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills and communication skills are preferred.
