Requirements and Qualification:

·      With Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related field, working experience of 3-8years.

·      Be familiar with technology and major specifications of hotel, business and office building technology.

·      With high sense of responsibility, actively communicate with team.

·      Able to work under certain pressure, with the ability to manage emotions.

·      With ability of customer guidance and management, and project risk management.

·      Proficient in AutoCAD, SU, PS, office, ID and other working software, knowledge of Rhino, AI, Revit and other software is preferred.

·      Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills are preferred.
